Refund Policy

Last updated: 8 September 2026

Software access requires a one-time fee of $97.00. Credits, which meter AI generation and authorize ad budget, are purchased separately, in the packs shown at checkout. Nothing here renews on a subscription, and there is no recurring charge of any kind.

The free trial. New accounts get a 30-day trial. If you save a payment method, it is stored and not charged during the trial; the access fee is charged once, on or after the day the trial ends. We never charge before that day.

Cancelling before you are charged. You can turn the automatic charge off at any time before the trial ends, from Settings → Billing. Doing so means no charge is ever attempted; your access simply ends when the trial does, and you can turn it back on to keep the account. Deleting your account has the same effect and also removes your data.

Refunding the access fee. If you ask within 14 days of the charge, we refund the access fee in full, for any reason, to the payment method that was charged. Email viraladmediacontent@gmail.com from the address on the account. After 14 days the access fee is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Credits. Unspent credits are refundable at their purchase price on request. Spent credits are not, because the work they paid for has already been performed and billed to us by the AI providers — a generated kit, image or video costs us money whether or not you use it. Credits are charged once when a job is queued and are refunded to your balance automatically if that job fails permanently, so you are not billed for work that never produced anything.

Advertising spend is not ours to refund. Credits authorize a daily budget on your own connected ad account; the platform charges you directly and we never hold that money. Refunds of ad spend are between you and the platform. The same applies to email sent through your own provider.

This policy is section 4 of our Terms of Service, published here on its own page so it is easy to find. If the two ever appear to differ, the Terms govern.
